Should a defect be reported by our engineer then a quotation for the identified lift repairs would be arranged, with no further action taking place without the customers authorisation.

Lift repairs sanctioned would be undertaken with prior arrangement being made with site personnel. Any works carried out may be subject to our internal auditing system to ensure continued quality and customer satisfaction is maintained.
